On my last morning in Paris, I took this photo at SECCO—a local patisserie & boulangerie—before my friend Katie shepherded me to the Charles de Gaulle Airport via the RER. While I was in Paris, I bought something from SECCO daily (usually a tarte or baguette) because they were a short walk from my flat. The boulangerie was always warm and smelled of sugar and bread. I wanted the time and metabolism to eat every treat at SECCO!!! If you're in Paris, visit SECCO at 12 rue Mabillon in Saint Germain des Pres. It's near Église Saint-Sulpice.
