Happy Links: From Your Body to Recipes

Photography by Tammy Strobel

{Every week, I share a roundup of 10 happy links that I think are worth reading, listening to, or scrolling through. I hope you like them, too!}

1. A powerful essay about listening to your body: No, you are not an hysterical female, and this is not just anxiety.

2. A beautiful interview: Keeping Dr. Paul Kalanithi’s voice alive.

3. I loved watching this one-minute video: Owl & Kitty: Best friends furrrrr life!

4. Bullet journaling is awesome.

5. Sandy’s sketchbooks are gorgeous and inspiring.

6. On why we write about ourselves.

7. YES to this: Want to create things that matter? Be lazy.

8. I’m looking forward to seeing this film: Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things.

9. The Crossroads of Should and Must: Find and Follow Your Passion by Elle Luna is a beautifully designed book. Luna is an artist, so the book is very visual. Her prose is also beautiful. I loved all the prompts within the pages.

10. I need to make a batch of Chocolate Tahini Coconut Tarts because they look delightful. Also, explore The Savvy Sweet Potato. It’s a lovely website filled with yummy recipes!

With gratitude,
Tammy
