Everyday Magic: The Utah Edition

Last week, I flew to Salt Lake City, UT to visit my friend Courtney. It was a magical trip filled with good food, good conversation, and lots of long walks. Courtney and her husband gave me a fantastic tour of Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. I loved the landscape and the city itself.

During my trip, I took over 200 photographs! I wanted to share all of the images here, but that would be overwhelming. Below you’ll find a selection of my favorite snapshots. Enjoy!

I love those golden Aspens! Living in the southeastern US, I had never seen one in full color in the fall and was so excited to visit my son in Colorado recently and see one in person.

I loved seeing your pictures. I live in the Salt Lake City area and sometimes I think I take the scenery for granted. My daughter had some of her senior pictures taken by the wall that has that graffiti on it.

Wow! You have me ready to go explore Salt Lake! I’ve only passed through the area, and that was way back in high school. Someday I’ll get down there.

Gorgeous, and what great choices to share! I actually got just a touch of vertigo from the image of the plane wing. Isn’t that silly?

Fantastic shots. Love the black & white shot of the Boulangerie, and also the scenic shots.

Absolutely stunning photography. I was going to write and ask you what equipment you shot with….until I noticed it was an iPhone you used. Thank you for sharing a bit of your wonderful trip!

    Wow, such colors.
It looks very dry but pretty.
Have never been to Utah but it looks like “big sky country” just like we have here. 🙂
