Simplifying, Prioritizing And Smart-Sizing

Mt. Shasta Sunrise.

Yesterday, I was interviewed by Judith Siers-Poisson on Wisconsin Public Radio. I was nervous about the interview, but it turned out to be fun. We talked about simplifying, prioritizing what matters, and smart-sizing! You can listen to the segment by clicking here.

Also, the second round of registration for A Simple Year is open! A Simple Year was designed to help simplify your life. In this e-course, you’ll learn something new each month and focus on what matters most with a simplicity author that specializes in topics like travel, food, money, relationships and work.

Each month you’ll receive articles and information about a specific topic along with a live component like a webinar or tele-seminar where you can connect with the author, ask questions and meet other people on a similar path. The live components will be recorded and provided so you can view anytime.

Tammy, I heard you on the program yesterday! You did a great job! We just moved back to Wisconsin two weeks ago and I tuned in to WPR for the first time since getting settled.

My hubby and I just downsized from 2000 sq. ft. To 1300. Certainly not a tiny house, but it is a start. Hubby is very sentimental and hates to get rid of stuff, but slowly, gently we are getting rid of things.

We also are a one-car family so I walk to get groceries. Not easy since the high yesterday was -3*, but certainly bracing!

Thanks for your continued inspiration; keep up the good work.

Hey, Tammy! I really enjoyed your radio interview! I liked how you explained that minimalism/downsizing/simplicity looks different for everyone, depending on their life situation and personal circumstances. The interview was inspiring. I’ve read your blog for about 4 months now and it has become a real resource for my own personal transformation. Thanks for sharing! You’ve a great spirit and that comes through in the interview, through pictures and on the blog.

Thank you so much Betsy! I appreciate the kind words about the interview and my blog. 🙂 Happy New Year!
