      Katie – We are so happy to be back! It’s gorgeous here. I took this series of pictures between 5 and 7pm. The perfect time day for a photo-walk!

      My photos are under a creative commons attribution license. If you’d like to use images for your desktop wallpaper, go for it. However, if you post images to your blog please give me credit. Here is more information on creative commons. 🙂

    Your view of the mountain is pretty spectacular. The mountain really has different “faces” depending on where you are.
    I have been here 16 years this year and have never seen the mountain so “naked” as it is this year. Usually there is some more snow. I just see the glaciers now.
    It rained here in Weed today. Maybe it rained at your ranch too. It was wonderful to see some wet fall from the sky. 🙂 And to be able to wear a sweater.

    It makes it hard to go to work seeing these pictures first thing in the morning. I wish to be outside, all day, breathing in real air. Not listening to the buzz of my computer and pretending to work hard.
