Yesterday, I wrote a gratitude list in my journal and I decided to share it with you. I hope my list will inspire you to create your own!
I’m grateful that I’m feeling better.
I’m grateful for the Gratitude Journal.
I’m grateful for my mom’s friendship.
I’m grateful for our tiny house.
I’m grateful for long, afternoon naps.
I’m grateful for hot showers.
I’m grateful for my morning view and a hot cup of coffee.
Micro-action: Take out your journal and write a gratitude list. Start with the phrase “I’m grateful for” and fill in the rest.
