Shoot, I meant to talk with you about your no-sugar challenge the other day. We need to get together for coffee for a more intimate chat.

@Katy – I agree! I’m heading to CA on Friday. Maybe we can get together on Thursday. I’ll send you an email. 🙂

Loved the audio. I have been doing no sugar for a while now and it is amazing. Every once in a while I indulge in some ice cream while out and about in our small village of Kona, Hawaii. And every time now about 30 minutes afterwards I don’t feel so great! Always sounds so refreshing. Turns out to be sort of yucky! The good news, I’ve decided to quit calling it indulging because I’m better off with fresh fruit!

Sounds like a great weekend, Tammy! And congrats on keeping on with the no-sugar challenge – that’s quite a task. I’ve been trying to eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods and incorporate natural moisturizers like honey into my skin care routine … and I’m seeing a positive change in my energy levels and skin health. It was tough to give up certain snacks, but I know it’s worth it.

This weekend, I enjoyed exploring my new hometown (Florence, AL), and writing about the experience too!

Tammy, these berries completely have me swooning and drooling. My weekend adventures involved helping to prepare for and participate in, a total of FIVE (yes, FIVE!) events at my church! Lots of great food and fellowship and sending off our secretary of 49 years to a joyous retirement! Also played the piano for a service and was uplifted!
