Inspiring Links: Truth, Poets & Family

by Tammy Strobel on June 1, 2012

{Every week, I publish a small round-up of my favorite articles, books, photos, and other goodies. Enjoy!}

Thank you for the supportive comments about our upcoming move. It means a lot to us. I’ll miss Portland, but I’m also looking forward to exploring Northern California. And speaking of California, Logan and I are going to the ranch this weekend for the annual cattle drive. It’s a Smith family tradition. I’ll tell you more about that next week.

Now onto this week’s inspiring links . . .

– I’ve been taking photos with my 50mm lens recently and love it. For more on this read: Why You Should Ditch That Zoom for a Classic 50mm “Normal” Lens.

– Listening to these stories made me cry: Poet Marie Howe Reflect On The ‘Living’ After Loss and Family Matters: Pitching In To Take Care Of Grandma.

– What’s your truth? Do you know?

– I’m reading this i know for the second time! Consider buying a copy.

Be well,
Tammy
